The Fruit-mix is a Premix for making a complete food for fruit-eating birds: Bearded birds, Bastard honeybirds, leaf birds, white-eyes, bulbul, cotingas, bite birds, manakins, mousebirds, hornbills, waxwings, toucans, turakos, trogons , organ birds, troupials and fruit doves.
Low iron content of 40 mg per kg, which complies with current insights to prevent iron overload in the bird species mentioned.
Instructions for use:
The basic food for fruit-eating birds consists of various fruits and berries, supplemented with Aves Fruit mix. Choose 1 part by weight fig, rose hip, juniper, mountain ash and 4 parts by weight apple, pear, grape, carrot, banana, raisin, currant, date, tomato. Wash, peel and cut the fruit into wedges. Mix and weigh it. Using a sieve, sprinkle 1 part by weight of Aves Fruit mix over 10 parts by weight of sliced fruit and mix everything together. Also give the birds, depending on their size, Aves Universal A or -B, sepia or grit, bath water and drinking water.

Preparation:
Wash, peel and cut the fruit into wedges, mix and weigh.
Sprinkle 1 part by weight of Aves Fruit mix over 10 parts by weight of fruit. Mix it up. A measure of FRUIT-MIX weighs 4.5 grams. If the mixture is a little too moist, you can mix in a little ground dry bread, which absorbs the excess moisture. Also give the birds Universal A or B, depending on their size.
