The Privacy Policy for Visitors applies to everyone who visits our website https://www.onlinedierenwereld.nl/ .

Onlinedierenwereld.nl processes personal data of website visitors. This processing is done on the basis of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, or in Europe known as GDPR). Use of personal data:
When using our web store, we obtain certain information from you. That can be personal data. We only store and use the personal data that are provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or of which it is clear that they are provided to us for processing.

Register:
You must first register for certain parts of our webshop. After registration, we will store the personal data you have provided via the username you have chosen. We store this information so that you do not have to fill it in every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.

We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement that you conclude with us or if this is required by law. How long we keep personal data:

It is best to request access in writing, by letter or e-mail. The AP has a sample letter for this on their website. Please note, you can only submit a request for access if you are older than 16 and have not been placed under guardianship. Otherwise, your legal representative (for example one of the parents) must make the request. We will then also send our answer to that person.

Google Analytics:
We use Google Analytics to measure and analyze visitor behavior. To guarantee your privacy, we have set up Google Analytics privacy-friendly.

  • We have concluded a processor agreement with Google.
  • We use Anonymize IP, which masks the last octet of the IP address before it is stored with Google.
  • We have turned off the 'data sharing' option.
  • The User ID feature is not enabled.
  • No other Google services are used in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.
  • Data retention for users and events is set to 24 months. After that period, the collected data at Google Analytics is automatically deleted.

Despite all the measures taken, if you still do not want us to monitor your behavior anonymously, there is an  opt-out option. Google has developed a special Add-On for Chrome that you can install in your browser. This Add-On prevents the Google Analytics tracking code from forwarding information to Google. Security website:
To send data securely via the internet, our website has installed an SSL certificate. This protocol creates an encrypted connection between a web server and an internet browser. This connection ensures that all data that is sent between the web server and browser remains secret.

Transfer:
We will only transfer your data within the processing in the European Union. Outside the European Union, we only process your data if that country offers an adequate level of protection for your data. We will never pass on your data to other countries or to parties other than those mentioned above without your permission.

Sharing personal data with third parties:
Onlinedierenwereld.nl will never sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
