Shipping & Returns

Shipments for the then current low price per package (up to max. 30 kg)

Shipping standard within the Netherlands:
The packages (maximum 30 kg including packaging) are sent via our own delivery service,  Postnl and/or DPD en will be easy to follow via track&trace.

Shipping abroad:
Sending the packages (maximum 20 (outside Europe) or 30 kg (within Europe) including packaging ) goes via Postnl and/or DPD and will be easy to follow via track&trace.
* Track & Trace to the abroad is possible to a number of countries.

Delivery times:
Online Animal World  tries to deliver your order to you within 2-5 working days. This does depend on which payment method and shipping method you choose and the possible delivery time of the manufacturer if there is no stock. Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3-10 working days.

Within the Netherlands delivery is normally; ordered before 15.00 delivered the next day, provided all ordered products are in stock. (the pick-up times of parcels are 3.30 pm)
At all times, when the order is shipped on the same day of shipment, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can follow the package. If you have not received a code, your package has not yet been shipped.

Pick up your order:
It is possible to pick up your order yourself in our warehouse  (Inner Delta 1-T / 1261 WZ / at Blaricum (N.H.)). As soon as your order is ready for you, we will contact you by phone or email for an appointment.

Free delivery in the Region: 
"Regional delivery" of your order  is possible at Onlinedierenwereld and free of charge from € 40.00 (only applies to the places below*). Delivery below this amount takes place for a delivery fee of € 2.50. For the time being, this form of delivery only takes place on Fridays and orders must, because of the planning, be placed before 4 p.m. on Thursdays. The condition of the free "Regional delivery" is that all ordered products can be delivered at once, if there is no stock of one or more products, the entire order will only be delivered after all products can be delivered.

Our free delivery region includes the following places:  
Huizen, Blaricum, Bijvanck, Bussum, Naarden, Eemnes, Laren, Baarn, Almere, Buschoten-Spakenburg.

In in the future we hope to expand the region.

What to do with Cancel or Return:

Cancel:
Cancelling an order is free of charge, as long as it has not yet been sent.
Cancel the order after it has been sent to you , then you must refuse the package upon delivery. If Online Dierenwereld has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after proper receipt of the return. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this ( only if you refuse the order at the door and have the delivery person take it unopened ).

Returns/Cooling off period:
You have a cooling off period of 14 working days to return the product without stating reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions to this are products assembled especially for you or products and medicines specially ordered for you. In the event that you do not wish to use the medicines, you can only return them for destruction. In this case, however, you will still be liable to pay.

For all other products, the product must only be returned unused and in the original packaging.For more information, see article [X] of our terms and conditions. Do you want to return the entire order ? Items that have already been received must be returned to the return address below. Online Dierenwereld  will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return are for your account. Also when returning   part of your order the shipping costs are for your account. The purchase price of the part of the order returned by you will be refunded to you. In that case, shipping costs will not be refunded.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made known to Onlinedierenwereld in writing. This can be done by email or post. In any case, you must state your full name and invoice number.

For the repayment of amounts already paid (when paying in advance), we also need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium should also state the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.

Note: the account number you for the refund must be equal to the account number from which you have made the payment to OnlineAnimal World. This in connection with any fraud with refunds. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.

Return address:
Onlinedierenwereld will indicate a return address by email as this depends on which system will be returned.
